Blackboard is not displaying some of the HTML code when students take a test, in this case the break tag (<br />) that is used during the creation of the tests questions using the WYSIWYG, the result is the formatting of some of the questions gets mocked up, and can be confusing for students to decipher what the question should be

Blackboard has reported this is a known issue that happens in Blackboard Learn 9.1 SP8 and SP9. The fix will be available in a later release (SP11). Here is a short video of a workaround.
